The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. 1winjili employs technical and manual measures to detect multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 1winjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 1winjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
1winjili is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 1winjili for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
All deposits to your 1winjili account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 1winjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. 1winjili targets an average GCash withdrawal processing time of 8 minutes, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions, verification requirements, and transaction volume. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 1winjili account.
All transactions on the 1winjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1winjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The 1winjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 1winjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 1winjili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Upon termination for cause, 1winjili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 1winjili support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any verified real money balance will be returned to you subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
1winjili operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
